Welcome to my Blog

I wondered what to write for my very first blog post so I decided why not blog about my "blog title?" I mean, you all may be wondering where I came up with Polish Me Katie.  Let's just say I have a slight (HUGE) obsession with nail polish, nail art, and anything that has to do with painting your nails.  I paint my nails every three days because I get bored with the color and am always wanting to experiment more with my nails!  My polish of choice is Essie, I love the way the polish looks and how quickly it dries.  The color choices are endless and I am never let down when new polish colors are launched!  What is your favorite Essie color of the moment? :)

I am hoping this blog will be more than just fashion and painting my nails.  I am a beginner and will be learning things as I go along.  Being on Pinterest everyday has sparked an interest in home decor, DIY crafts, and cooking.  Please let me know what you think and I will also be happy to answer any questions. I like saving money just like the next person so I hope you enjoy my frugal finds and how I make those finds spice up my wardrobe, home decor and cooking! 

If you follow me on instagram you will notice that my dog Paisley makes an appearance almost every week or every other day!  I can't help but take pictures of her because she is so cute!  I know all you pet lovers out there know what I mean!  She is my little baby and I just can't help myself.  I enjoy sharing all the cute things she does with everyone else.  So she will be making an appearance on my blog!  I hope you enjoy and thanks for stopping by!
